It was an okay experience. Clean facility and unrude staff. I gave it 3 stars, because...
1) I stood around both times I went without anyone saying I'll be right with you or how can I help, even though I made eye contact with more than one staff member.
2) The guy out right admitted since it's an iPhone on warranty he was just going to replace it and I would have to pay.
3) I could not hand the phone in now and walk away with a new one. It had to be shipped to Apple, inspected, then they would ship back a replacement. I was told the replacement would come in less than 10 business days and it took over 2 weeks to get is.
